Spanish Tortilla Recipe
Spanish Tortilla Recipe is a delicious and tasty dish with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the authentic to the dish. Spanish and egg recipe served a playful fun tiffin option with all the yumminess stuffed inside the omelette.
INGREDIENTS
- Potato: 1 (small)
- Onion: 1 (small)
- Olive/rice bran/sunflower & safflower oil: tablespoon
- Eggs: 2
- Pepper to taste
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Peel and slice potato and onion thinly.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced potato and onion.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes until potato is cooked.
- Crack eggs into a bowl. Add ketchup, pepper, whisk well.
- Transfer cooked potato and onion slices to the egg mix. Stir gently.
- Pour this mix back into the pan and cook on medium heat until eggs are set.
- Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
- Serve with a salad or inside a chapati as a roll.
