Spanish Tortilla Recipe

                                                       

Spanish Tortilla Recipe is a delicious and tasty dish with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the authentic to the dish. Spanish and egg recipe served a playful fun tiffin option with all the yumminess stuffed inside the omelette.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Potato: 1 (small)
  2. Onion: 1 (small)
  3. Olive/rice bran/sunflower & safflower oil: tablespoon
  4. Eggs: 2
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Peel and slice potato and onion thinly.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced potato and onion.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes until potato is cooked.
  4. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add ketchup, pepper, whisk well.
  5. Transfer cooked potato and onion slices to the egg mix. Stir gently.
  6. Pour this mix back into the pan and cook on medium heat until eggs are set.
  7. Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
  8. Serve with a salad or inside a chapati as a roll.
