Chicken and Veg Noodles Recipe

                             

Chicken and vegetable noodle recipe for your little rockstar. It is a delicious and tasty recipe with the delighted flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the authentic taste to the dish.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Rice / Wheat Noodles: 1 packet of around 300 grams
  2. Chicken breast boneless or Paneer/Tofu for Vegetarians: 2
  3. Oil: 1.5 tablespoon
  4. Capsicum & Bell Peppers: 1
  5. Mushrooms: 1/2 cup
  6. Carrot: 1
  7. Grated Ginger: 1 tablespoon
  8. Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon/10g
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoon
  10. Cornflour: 1 teaspoons
  11. Chilli sauce: 1 teaspoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Boil noodles in a pot of water till just done. Drain, apply some oil and set aside
    2. In a large wok or kadhai, heat oil over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes till done. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    3. If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu or paneer instead of chicken
    4. Add vegetables and saute for 1 minute, then add ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If you want the vegetables to be done but still crisp, don't cook too much.
    5. In a mixing bowl, combine some water, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch.
    6. Add the chicken, noodles and sauce mixture to the kadhai and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    7. Pack in the lunch box
