Chicken and Veg Noodles Recipe
Chicken and vegetable noodle recipe for your little rockstar. It is a delicious and tasty recipe with the delighted flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the authentic taste to the dish.
INGREDIENTS
- Rice / Wheat Noodles: 1 packet of around 300 grams
- Chicken breast boneless or Paneer/Tofu for Vegetarians: 2
- Oil: 1.5 tablespoon
- Capsicum & Bell Peppers: 1
- Mushrooms: 1/2 cup
- Carrot: 1
- Grated Ginger: 1 tablespoon
- Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon/10g
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoon
- Cornflour: 1 teaspoons
- Chilli sauce: 1 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil noodles in a pot of water till just done. Drain, apply some oil and set aside
- In a large wok or kadhai, heat oil over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes till done. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu or paneer instead of chicken
- Add vegetables and saute for 1 minute, then add ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If you want the vegetables to be done but still crisp, don't cook too much.
- In a mixing bowl, combine some water, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch.
- Add the chicken, noodles and sauce mixture to the kadhai and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Pack in the lunch box
