Pasta Egg Fritter Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Leftover cooked short pasta: 3/4 cup
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  4. Grated cheese: 1 tablespoon
  5. Grated carrot: 1 tablespoon
  6. Chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon
  7. Soya sauce: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Oil: 2 teaspoons

 METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Crack egg in a small bowl. Add ketchup, cheese, coriander, soy sauce and whisk well.
  2. Ketchup helps add flavor to pasta while masking the eggy flavor, making it more appealing for kids.
  3. Add cooked pasta into this and toss well.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan and coat the surface.
  5. Pour 1-2 tablespoon of pasta-egg mix to make small pancakes.
  6. Drizzle some oil around the edges, turn over and cook other side similarly.
  7. Pack in keep-hot lunch boxes
