Mini Paneer and Curry Leaf Slider Recipe

                                                               

Mini Paneer and curry leaf slider recipe is a delightful and yummy dish which is perfect for your kid's tiffin box. Kissan tomato ketchup on the buns gives a burst of tangy and spicy flavour with every bite. 

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mini whole wheat slider (burger) buns: 4
  2. Grated paneer: 3/4 cup
  3. Curry leaves chopped: 1 tablespoon
  4. Onion: 1 chopped
  5. Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
  7. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pinch of pepper powder
  10. Sliced tomatoes: 4 slices
  11. Lettuce leaves: 4
  12. Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  13. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  14. Slices: 2 cheese

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic until translucent, remove the sautéed onion and garlic in a separate bowl, while the remaining oil used for sautéing is kept in the pan.
  2. Allow the mixture to get cooled
  3. Mix in curry leaves, green chillies, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, Paneer, salt and pepper.
  4. Shape a portion into flat patty
  5. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and pan fry the patty until golden
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper
  7. Apply Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce on the burger bun, line the burger with lettuce, followed by tomato slice, then patty and lastly the cheese slice
  8. Secure the slider with toothpick and serve.
