Start your day the right way with an Egg Muffin that’s loaded with the goodness of eggs and vegetables. This delicious recipe is an instant hit for your child’s tiffin. These flavourful muffins taste best with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Eggs: 6
  2. Onion (big): 1 finely chopped, bell peppers
  3. Coriander: 1 finely chopped
  4. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  5. Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Capsicum: 1 finely chopped
  7. Salt & pepper to taste
  8. Muffin liners: 6
  9. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C
    2. Take a bowl, add eggs
    3. Add onion, ginger, capsicum, bell peppers and mix well
    4. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt and pepper and mix well
    5. Take a muffin tray and line it up with the liners
    6. Pour the mixture from the bowl into the liners till 1/3 filled
    7. Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
