Vegetable Kurmura Chaat Recipe
Vegetable Kurmura Chaat is a tangy snack loved by all. This delightful vegetable kurmura chaat is easy chaat recipe for Tiffin. It is tasty as well as healthy chaat recipe for tiffin that will make your child happy while finishing up his tiffin.
INGREDIENTS
- Small Potato, boiled & cubed: 1
- Small Cucumbers, cubed: 1
- Pineapple, cubed: 1/3 cup
- Puffed rice (Kurmura): 1/2 cup
- Fox Nuts (Makhana), roasted: 1/2 cup
- Coriander, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
- Spring onions, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder: 1 Tsp
- Green chutney: 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Green chutney: 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander: 1 Tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Toss all the above ingredients together and mix it all well to make a very tasty and healthy bhel.
- To make the tiffin ready, add the bhel along with some pomegranate seeds and cashew nuts
