Vegetable Curd Sandwich Recipe

                                                 

Simple Vegetable Curd Sandwich recipe for a quick breakfast, brunch or dinner. Veg Curd Sandwich Recipe is a delicious and tasty dish with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup and addition of vegetable which is perfect for your kid's box.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Whole wheat bread: 8 slices
  2. Hung curd: 1/2 cup
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
  4. Carrot, grated: 2 tbsp
  5. Onions, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
  6. Bell pepper, cubed: 2 tbsp
  7. Green chilli, finely chopped: 1/2 tsp
  8. Fresh coriander, chopped: 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
  11. Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
    2. Slather Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the bread slices.
    3. Sandwich the curd mixture between bread slices.
    4. Brush the sandwiches with olive oil and grill until crisp and golden brown.
