Vegetable Cheese Grilled Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower florets, blanched:: 1/2 cup
- Carrots blanched: 1/2 cup
- Broccoli florets blanched: 1/2 cup
- Green Peas, boiled:1/3 cup
- Tomato, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
- Few Spring Onions, finely chopped
- Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
- Grated Cheese: 1/2 cup
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper: 1 Tsp
- Bread: 2 Slices
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- To make the filling, first add the cauliflower, broccoli & carrots in a mixer and grind into a fine consistency.
- Once that’s done, add it in a bowl. In that, add green peas, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, cheese and mix it all together.
- Then add some Kissan Tomato Ketchup and mix it well. The filling is ready!
- Take a bread slice and add the filling. Cover this with another slice.
- Place a pan on the stove and add some olive oil to it.
- Place the sandwich on it and grill it on both sides.
- To prepare the tiffin, add some fruits & dry fruits in it. Then place the sandwich in it.
- Tiffin is ready!
