Veg Hakka Noodles
Veg Hakka Noodles is a most popular Indo Chinese product and made by tossing boiled noodles and stir-fry vegetable in Chinese sauce. Desi Chinese Veg Hakka Noodles is easy to make the dish, noodles which are prepared with veggies in Hakka cuisine style.

Cooking Instructions
1. Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.
2. Drop the noodles & boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles are cooked AI Dente (AI Dente means partially cooking the noodles or leaving it slightly "kachcha")
3. Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface & toss in 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking & process with your chosen dish.
