How to Use Ching’s Secret Veg Hakka Noodles

Cooking Instructions

1. Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.

2. Drop the noodles & boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles are cooked AI Dente (AI Dente means partially cooking the noodles or leaving it slightly "kachcha")

3. Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface & toss in 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking & process with your chosen dish.
