Uttapam Sandwiches Recipe

                                             

Uthapam Sandwich is a twist of normal uttapam, two South Indian chutney tomato chutney and coriander chutney are used as sandwich spread. It is a tasty and healthy uttapam sandwich tiffin recipe for kids. Veg Uttapam sandwich recipe is  a famous South Indian breakfast dish.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Idli Batter: 3 cups
  2. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
  3. Samll Onion, finely chopped: 1
  4. Small Capsicum, finely chopped: 1
  5. Small Tomato, deseeded & finely chopped: 1
  6. Coriander, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil to fry: 1 tbsp
  9. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Mix the chopped onion, capsicum & tomato in a bowl.
    2. To this add some salt, coriander & Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix it all together.
    3. Add oil on a preheated griddle.
    4. Spread the idli batter on it.
    5. Quickly add the mixture and spread it well.
    6. Cover this with a bit more batter. Spread it well. Sprinkle some oil on it if required.
    7. Once the side down of the Uttapam becomes golden brown slowly flip it over and cook the other side.
    8. Once the Uttapam is ready, take it off the pan and slice it into small pieces.
    9. Now get the tiffin ready by putting the Uttapam slices in. Add some delicious fruit at the side.
