Sprout Kachori Recipe

                           


Sprouts kachori is a delicious and tasty snacks recipe with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings the authentic taste to the dish. It is a very popular chat dish in North India and people love to eat in the Sunday evening leisurely with family. Sprouts Kachori recipe is perfect for your kid's tiffin box that they will love to eat and happy to share with their friends. 

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup Refined flour
  3. 1/4 cup Oats Flour
  4. Salt, pinch
  5. 1/4 cup Oil
  6. Water as needed
  7. Oil to deep fry
  8. 1 Potato, boiled
  9. Handful Green Peas
  10. 1/2 cup Sprouts, boiled
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 3 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, refined flour & some oil. Then add water and knead until a stiff dough is formed.
  2. In another bowl, add mashed potatoes, sprouts & green peas. Put in some salt and the Kissan Fresh Tomato ketchup. Mix it all together.
  3. Scoop out the dough and divide it by rolling and shaping them into kachoris.
  4. Stuff the dough balls with the filling.
  5. Deep fry in a lightly heated oil increasing the temperature gradually to get a golden crisp kachori.
  6. To prepare the tiffin, add the kachoris and some fruits.
