Paneer Bread Roll Recipe

                                       

Paneer bread roll recipe is a delicious and tasty dish which is perfect for your kid's tiffin box. This spicy roll recipe for Tiffin with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the authentic taste to the dish. 

INGREDIENTS

  1. Whole wheat bread: 6 slices.
  2. Paneer: 1 cup, shredded.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Kissan Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
  5. Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp.
  6. Black pepper: a pinch.
  7. Ginger: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
  8. Coriander: 2 tbsp, finely chopped.
  9. Green chilli: 1 tsp, finely chopped.
  10. Hot milk: 1-2 tbsp, use as needed.
  11. Oil: 2 tbsp.
  12. Chopped mixed bell peppers: 2 tbsp.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the filling ingredients thoroughly, except for the milk. The texture of the mix should be soft enough to spread on bread. Add milk as needed. Set aside.
  2. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
  3. Roll the bread very thin using a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of the mix over ¾ of the bread slice and roll it into a cylinder, making sure the ends are sealed. If needed brush the edges with water.
  4. Lightly spread oil all over the skillet and cook the rolls over medium heat. Keep turning them; making sure rolls are evenly browned all around.
