Mushroom Cheese Sandwich Recipe

                                             

Mushroom and Cheese Sandwich is tasty as well as a healthy recipe which is perfect for your kid's tiffin box. A grilled cheese sandwich jacket up with Gouda cheese and roasted mushroom and onion. It is an easy and quick recipe that everyone loves to eat.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
  2. Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
  3. Mushrooms: 2 cups, chopped.
  4. Kissan Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
  5. Fresh coriander: 2 tbsp, chopped.
  6. Whole wheat bread: 4 slices.
  7. Cheese: 2 slices.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cheese: 30 gms, grated.
  10. Carrot: 30 gms, grated.
  11. Mix Bell peppers: 30 gms, chopped
  12. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 2-3 minutes, or until soft and fragrant.
    2. Add the mushrooms and cook 4-5 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
    3. Add Kissan Tomato Ketchup. Cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and mix well.
    4. Top 2 slices of bread with one slice each of cheddar. Top with the mushroom mixture and cover with the remaining bread.
    5. Cook sandwiches while covered over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
