French Toast Roll Up Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- Whole Wheat Bread: 8 Slices
- Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 4 tbsp
- Eggs: 2
- Skimmed milk: 2 tbsp
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Serve any fruit: 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and keep aside.
- Remove the crust from the bread slices. Roll them gently using a rolling pin.
- Apply Kissan Mixed Fruit jam on the slices and roll them tightly.
- Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
- Dip the bread rolls in an egg and milk mixture and place them in the pan. Cook from all sides until browned.
- Immediately coat with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
