French Toast Roll-Ups by Neha Mathur which is perfect for breakfast recipe to start your day with. Easy French Toast Roll-Ups For Tiffin that surely your kids will love to eat without fail to add kissan tomato ketchup which takes the dish to the next level.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Whole Wheat Bread: 8 Slices
  2. Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 4 tbsp
  3. Eggs: 2
  4. Skimmed milk: 2 tbsp
  5. Butter: 1 tbsp
  6. Serve any fruit: 1/4 cup
  7. Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
  8. METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1. Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and keep aside.
    2. Remove the crust from the bread slices. Roll them gently using a rolling pin.
    3. Apply Kissan Mixed Fruit jam on the slices and roll them tightly.
    4. Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.
    5. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
    6. Dip the bread rolls in an egg and milk mixture and place them in the pan. Cook from all sides until browned.
    7. Immediately coat with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
