Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Chicken Stir Fry Recipe is simple by Chef Rashmi is a child's tiffin box. This easy and delightful with veggies. It is healthy with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup which brings out the brings out the authentic taste to the dish.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken: 1 cup, boneless (1-inch cubes).
- Corn flour: 1 tbsp.
- Oil: 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Garlic: 1 tsp, chopped.
- Ginger: 1 tsp, chopped.
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
- Broccoli blanched: 3 tbsp.
- Mix bell peppers: 3 tbsp, dices.
- Onion dices: 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp.
- Vinegar: 1 tsp.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a wok, take oil, add garlic and ginger and saute. Add onion and saute
- Add all the veggies apart from broccoli and cook, then add chicken cubes
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chicken until just done and keep it aside in a plate
- Add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and water. Cook it and add broccoli
- Check if the chicken and veggies are cooked. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Garnish and serve with spring onion
