Baked Potato Wedges Recipe
Baked Potato Wedges is easy and quick recipe with the added flavour of kissan tomato ketchup and cheese topping. Potato Wedges makes for good finger food snack. It is a delightful and delicious recipe that everyone loves to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- Potato Wedges: 2 cups.
- Oil: 1 tbsp.
- Mixed herbs: 1 tsp.
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp.
- Salt: 1 tsp.
- Cheese: 1.5 tbsp, (grated).
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
- Parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Pre-heat the oven to 220 degree
- Take a baking dish and grease it with oil
- In a bowl, take the potatoes and marinate them with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt, pepper, mixed herbs and some oil
- Place the marinated potatoes on the baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
- Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees, remove and serve.
